Refund policy

EXCHANGES:

Since Gaia's Song Jewelry is one-of-a-kind, an exchange is simply a Return and a New Purchase.

* Please note that if you delay the new purchase until you receive your refund, Gaia's Song Jewelry can't ensure that the one-of-a-kind piece you desire to replace it with will still be available. I encourage you to purchase the replacement piece immediately instead of waiting for your refund on your return. The newly purchased piece will also have its own 30 day Satisfaction guarantee. You can trust Gaia's Song Jewelry to refund your money promptly after the returned item is accepted via the RETURN PROCESS below.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same NEW condition that you received it, and in its original mesh bag or gift box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at denise@gaiassongjewelry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Gaia's Song Jewelry 11575 SW Pacific Hwy Suite 177 Tigard OR 97223 USA

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED / LOST / MANUFACTURING DEFECT:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
DAMAGED:

If your item is damaged during shipping due to no fault of your own, simply return it using the RETURN directions above and email me Denise@GaiasSongJewelry.com  and let me know if you would like me to attempt to fix it or if you would just like a refund. See FIX OPTIONS below for options on fixing it.

LOST:

If your package never arrives, email me at Denise@GaiasSongJewelry.com and I will open a case with the postage service. If they cannot locate it, I will give you a complete refund. As mentioned in EXCHANGES above, I will not be able to replicate the missing piece, so a refund is the only available option.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT:

If there is a manufacturing error discovered simply return it using the RETURN directions above and email me at Denise@GaiasSongJewelry.com and let me know if you would like me to attempt to fix it or if you would just like a refund/store credit. See FIX OPTIONS below for options on fixing it.

FIX OPTIONS:

If you want it fixed, when I receive it, I will email you to let you know if I can fix it exactly as it was. Since I make one-of-a-kind pieces, I may not be able to reproduce it exactly. I will communicate with you to let you know if:

      • I can reproduce it exactly
      • I can reproduce it close to the same original design
      • I can reproduce it in a new design
      • I am unable to reproduce
      • If I cannot reproduce it exactly, you and I will agree on a new design and price, or I will refund in full.

If you want expedited turn-around for repairs, you will be responsible for the additional postage both ways. I will let you know what the new promised delivery date will be once I have the damaged piece back in my shop and we have decided on the design.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
