I can adjust most of my handmade bracelets in size, just send me a an email to Denise@GaiasSongjewelry.com with the SKU number and/or the Title of the listing and I will verify if it is possible. I do not use extenders, in my personal opinion, they tend to catch on clothing. If you are unsure what size would fit you best, there are videos and instructions online. Otherwise, you can use a soft measuring tape, like one you'd use for sewing. Wrap the measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your wrist. Note the number on the measuring tape, and add a half inch to determine the right bracelet size. If you like a little looser, add more.
